Distribution Model @ Spandan

MART has created many innovative distribution models for our clients like Colgate, HUL, Essilor etc. with proven success parameters. Another such distribution model was established for Tata Wiron, SPANDAN.

The project was initiated in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, wherein local entrepreneurs from rural villages were trained as salesperson. The entrepreneurs worked closely with the farmer community, educated them on using quality steel and fencing techniques and helped them differentiate between quality product and local products.

MART also worked on streamlining the channel distribution, created a model for identifying the right customer.
